So for a certain project I had to translate a black and white photo into color.
It only needed to be one shade.
So at first I used this tutorial.

Then I realized that there was an easier way.
First Change the image mode from Grayscale to RGB color.
Click up To IMAGE, MODE. RBG COLOR.
Then in adjustments.
Go to Color Balance, which will allow one to change the picture to a certain
color. However, it will change the entire photo to that one color.
The above tutorial deals with changing certain portions of the black and white
photograph.
